Riyadh-Mubasher: Aseer Trading, Tourism & Manufacturing Co. signed a contract on Wednesday to sell its 50.4% stake in National Packing Products Co. (Watan Pac) for SAR 81 million, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse.

It added that share transfer will be effective as of 28 October.

Aseer expects capital gains of around SAR 7.3 million from the deal, which will be reflected in the fourth quarter of 2015.

The deal is part of the company’s plan to focus investment in certain strategic segments, the statement added.
